1. Acceptable use and disclaimer

Before using the web app you must accept the following. Acceptance (date, time and version) is recorded.

• You will not use No-BS PDF to commit fraud, forgery, impersonation or any other unlawful act, including altering documents to mislead anyone or signing on someone else's behalf without their authority.
• You are solely responsible for the documents you open, create, edit, sign or share with this app, and for having the right to do so.
• SJG Enterprises (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any content created or edited with the app, or for any loss or damage arising from its use.

2. Your files

PDFs you open are processed only in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers. We store your account details, licence status, billing details you provide and your disclaimer acceptance.

3. Plans

Free: view and edit, no downloads. Free Trial: 3 downloads with a trial footer, tied to your email. Subscription (annual) or Lifetime: unlimited downloads. Payments are processed by PayFast or Paystack via SJG Payments; you receive a tax invoice from SJG Enterprises (Pty) Ltd. Annual subscriptions renew yearly until cancelled.

4. No warranty; limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, SJG Enterprises (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any content created or edited with the app, nor for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act where it applies.
